Pinnacle Physical Therapy strives to make your billing experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Unlike larger companies who outsource their billing, we process all claims and statements in-house in OUR billing department. Our dedicated Billing Specialists are always available to answer any questions you may have, as well as provide accurate information about your insurance and claims.
If there is a balance on your account, we will send you a monthly statement. Your first statement should arrive 6-8 weeks after your first appointment if a balance is owed. Each statement outlines itemized charges for each visit, and includes any insurance discounts/contract adjustments and payments made by your insurance company. If you have any questions about your statement, please feel free to contact us.
No insurance? No problem! For patients that pay up front at time of services, we offer a flat rate of $120 for an initial evaluation, and $95 for all follow-up appointments. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa™, MasterCard™, Discover™, American Express™, and CareCredit™.
Flexible Payment Arrangements
For patients that may struggle to afford their bill, we offer flexible payment options. We accept CareCredit™ (healthcare credit cards exclusively for health and pet care expenses) and we may also be able to set up mutually acceptable payment arrangements on your account. If you do not have a CareCredit™ account, we can assist you in signing up, as well as finding which account best meets your needs. For assistance getting started, contact our billing department.
Convenient Online Bill Pay
To make our payment process safe and simple, we offer online bill pay available on a secured website. Using your Visa™, MasterCard™, or Discover™ card, you can make payments to your account from any computer or internet device. When using our payment portal, please allow one to three business days for your payment to be posted to your account.
Automatic Recurring Payments
Our online payment portal is designed to accept one-time payments. If you would like to set up monthly automatic recurring payments, please contact our billing department and we will be happy to set that up for you.
